Who we are
Fast Track House Sales Ltd ("we", "us") is registered in England and Wales, company number 16437560, with its registered office at 4th Floor, 14 Museum Place, Cardiff, CF10 3BH. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@fasttrackhousesales.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Enquiry and offer details. When you request a cash offer we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), and details about the property (postcode, type, condition, timeframe). We use these to prepare and deliver your offer and to contact you about it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Guide requests. When you request our free guide we collect your name and email address, and with your consent we may send occasional emails about selling property in South Wales. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying "unsubscribe". Legal basis: consent.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked, form progress). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email (via Resend) and stored in a secure database (Supabase) so your enquiry is never lost. Both providers process data under contracts that meet UK GDPR requirements. We do not sell your data, and we never pass your details to third-party marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while we deal with your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. If a sale proceeds, transaction records are retained for 6 years as required for legal and tax purposes. Guide subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@fasttrackhousesales.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work are always set. Everything else — analytics, and the advertising cookies that let us measure which adverts lead to an enquiry — is set only if you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no analytics or advertising cookie is written.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Rejecting cookies does not limit any part of the site.
